Pachidi Salad (Cucumber and Pineapple Salad) |

Pachidi is normally made during festivals and weddings. The veritable medley of taste is a delight to each bite. It is served with Nasi Minyak and sambal or on its own. Ingredients: 2 cucumbers;peeled and sliced
Note : Use plastic or glass bowl
Method of preparation: Cut cucumber into thin slices. Place in a bowl with chopped pineapple, onion and chillies. Set aside. In a separate bowl combine vinegar, sugar, lime juice, fish sauce and salt. Mix well. Pour the content into the first bowl (containing pineapple, onion and chillies). Mix. Sprinkle ground shrimp. Serve. |
