Ayam masak halia is a simple chicken dish; it tastes delicious with a hint of ginger and garlic taste. Serve with white rice.
600gm chicken breast;cut into thin fillets
Method of preparation:
In a wok heat oil. Add ginger and garlic. Saute till the smell is fragrant. Next, add chicken fillets. Turn to medium flame. Mix and stir well till chicken is almost cooked. Add the oyster sauce, fish gravy and chopped coriander leaves. Mix and stir well till chicken is cooked. Serve with white rice.
