Kerabu taugeh is slightly spicy, crunchy, sweet and tart to the taste. Serve in a bowl or with; curry and sambal. Ingredients: 300gm bean sprouts;remove tails
Method of preparation: Heat water in a large pot. Bring to a boil. Put all the bean sprouts at once. Bring to a boil again.(1min or less). Turn off flame. Drain in cold water and set aside. In a bowl mix the pounded ingredients with lime juice, sugar, salt, pepper and sliced onion. Next add the blanched bean sprouts. Toss well. Serve as appertizer or with; curry and sambal. |
