Salad daun ketumbar is a refreshing vegetarian salad with chunks of fresh vegetables. Serve on its own or as an appertizer with a main course.
Ingredients: 1 large cucumber;cut in half lengthwise and sliced 2 large tomatoes 2 large onions;sliced 1 carrot;sliced and chopped 100gm coriander leaves;chopped 4 fresh green chillies;sliced thin 1 tablespoon Eagle brand meat curry powder 1 teaspoon ground black pepper juice from 1 lemon salt to taste
Method of preparation. In a large bowl mix the cut vegetables. Add the Eagle brand curry powder, ground black pepper and salt. Mix well. Next,pour in the lemon juice and toss well. Serve on its own or as an appertizer with a main course.
