Pacheri(paceri) pudina is a tangy and minty dip.
Serve with white rice,thosai,chips or grilled meats.

50gm mint leaves;remove stalks
8 fresh green chillies;sliced
1 teaspoon shredded ginger
1 large onion;sliced
1 tablespoon tamarind pulp;mix with a little water and strain
1 teaspoon salt

Method of preparation.
Put the above items into a blender.Add a little water.
Grind into a paste.Pour into a bowl.Serve with white rice,
chips,thosai or grilled meats
